I don’t get many visitors to my current website – how will EngageAgent get buyers and sellers to find my new website and then register once they find it?

There are 4 ways to direct leads to real estate websites:

  • Offline (business cards, newspaper ads, brochures, word of mouth, etc.)
  • Listing syndication (if you have a lot of listings, putting them on Realtor.com, KWLS, ListHub, CraigsList, etc. will direct viewers to your website)
  • Organic content (website content, blogs, Facebook posts, LinkedIn updates, video, etc.)

They all combine to feed the Search Engines and drive your website to page 1.

We’ll also create a YouTube video channel for you and use it to create exposure for your listings on blogs, Facebook postings, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media sites.

How will I be notified of leads?

Leads can be emailed to you, sent as text messages to your smart phone and interfaced to some of the leading database and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs like Red Tools, eEdge and others.

How will I be able to measure my lead activity?

We will set up a Google Analytics account for your website and embed tracking code in every page of your website. We will use the Google Analytic reports to measure how well your site is performing and to fine-tune your website for optimum “stickiness” and lead generation. We will share these analytics with you, along with our technical and professional assessment of how to interpret them.

How do I get my listings, images and property descriptions on my website?

EngageAgent will interface your local IDX or KWLS to your new website and provide your VA and you with the WordPress tools and training to post website front page slider photos and feature home highlights.

Why would I use your video service when I can make my own videos and post them to my website?

Our service is much more comprehensive than just posting videos to your website. We produce them quickly, and then syndicate your videos—meaning we distribute them to many websites, blogs and social networks and embed in the videos the identification data needed for the videos to be picked up by search engines. Our network of webmasters is constantly growing and ensures maximum exposure for your videos—much more than you would be able to do on your own. In the end, you save time and money.

Will you distribute videos that I already have?

Yes, any videos you already have will be posted to your personal YouTube Channel and included on your website video page.

How long does it take for you to produce a video?

We can turn a video around in two business days.

Do you do offer a voice-over option for the videos?

Yes, we can, for an additional cost. But we have discovered that many people prefer text over voice on screen because they can keep the volume turned off and still view the videos with the Realtor’s comments. This is particularly helpful for videos viewed on mobile devices or at a buyer’s place of work.

Can I direct visitors to my phone number, e-mail address or website after they watch the video?

Yes! We can embed a clickable link at the end of the video or in the video description.

When do I get billed?

We ask for 50% of our setup fee upfront and 50% upon completion. Then your monthly maintenance bill must be paid by credit card. Once you have decided what services we can provide for you, we will email you an invoice for payment by credit card. Click the link in the invoice to pay it.
